These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Transafe’s fleet tracking platform, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Transafe Technologies (“Transafe”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service relies on connected tracking devices to collect location, speed and related telemetry data from vehicles and assets you register. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of tracking devices complies with applicable law, including obtaining any consents required from drivers or other individuals.
You agree not to use the Service to track any vehicle, asset or individual without appropriate legal authority or consent, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to interfere with its normal operation.
Transafe retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including all software, designs and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Transafe’s intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if required to comply with the law.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transafe disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
